Rental Rates:
- $150 per day
- $950 per week
- $125 additional cleaning fee
General Policy:
- Payment options: Check or money order

calls. Local and mainland calls are free.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Cleaning fee: In addition to rent

Deposit Policy:
- One-half rent within 15 days of booking confirmation
- Pre-payment in full 15 days prior to arrival
Refund Policy:
- Refund of deposits will be made if the reservation is
cancelled 30 days prior to arrival less a $50 cancellation fee.

Additional Information:
- A studio, separate but attached, is rented full-time
with vehicle on property
- Approximately a dozen homes on ‘our side’ of Kalihiwai
Valley
